PU Sandwich Panel
PU Sandwich Panel is a lightweight, insulated building panel made with a rigid polyurethane foam core placed between two protective metal sheets. It provides excellent thermal insulation, strength, and fast installation, making it suitable for modern industrial and commercial buildings.
- High thermal insulation and energy efficiency.
- Lightweight, durable, and easy to install.
- Available in customized lengths and various thicknesses.
- Smooth, attractive, and low-maintenance surface.
- Resistant to moisture, corrosion, and temperature changes.
- Suitable for wall, roof, ceiling, and partition applications. Common Applications:
PU Sandwich Panels are widely used for cold rooms, warehouses, factories, cleanrooms, poultry farms, commercial buildings, site offices, and prefabricated structures. Standard panel thicknesses commonly range from 40 mm to 200 mm, with thermal conductivity approximately 0.019–0.023 W/m·K, depending on the product specification.
Fire Safe
EPS Sandwich Panel
EPS Sandwich Panel is a lightweight building panel made with an Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) insulation core placed between two pre-painted galvanized steel sheets. It provides thermal insulation, sound reduction, quick installation, and cost-effective construction.
- Lightweight and easy to install.
- Good heat and sound insulation.
- Available for walls, roofs, partitions, and prefabricated buildings.
- Resistant to moisture and suitable for industrial and commercial structures.
- Available in customized lengths and different colors
- Standard thicknesses commonly include 50, 75, 100, 120, 150, and 200 mm. Common Applications:
EPS Sandwich Panels are widely used for: Factory and warehouse walls. Industrial and commercial roofing. Cold rooms and storage facilities. Office partitions. Poultry farms and agricultural buildings. Prefabricated houses and temporary structures.
ROCKWOOL Sandwich Panel
Rockwool Sandwich Panel is a fire-resistant insulated building panel made with a non-combustible stone wool core between two metal sheets. It provides excellent fire protection, thermal insulation, sound absorption, and structural strength.
- Non-combustible and highly fire resistant.
- Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
- Strong, durable, and low maintenance.
- Quick and easy installation.
- Resistant to heat, moisture, and weather conditions.
- Available in customized colors, lengths, and thicknesses. Common Applications:
Rockwool Sandwich Panels are suitable for factories, warehouses, cleanrooms, cold rooms, commercial buildings, partition walls, industrial roofs, power plants, and other projects requiring enhanced fire safety. Common thicknesses include 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm, and 150 mm.

Roofing Panels
Roof sandwich panels are composite building materials made of two metal facings (usually galvanized or pre‑painted steel, sometimes aluminum) with an insulating foam or mineral core in between. They’re used as a single-element roof covering that provides structure, weatherproofing, and thermal insulation in one product.
A typical roof sandwich panel has three layers:- Outer skin (weather side)
- Inner skin (ceiling side)
- Insulating core
Material: pre‑painted galvanized steel (PPGI/PPGL), Galvalume, or aluminum Thickness: commonly 0.40–0.70 mm (some systems 0.35–1.0 mm)
Similar metal options as outer skin, sometimes thinner (e.g., 0.40–0.60 mm) Can be smooth, micro‑profiled, or with a light pattern for aesthetics
PUR/PIR foam (polyurethane / polyisocyanurate) Density: ~38–42 kg/m³
Mineral wool / rockwool Density: ~100–120 kg/m³
Similar thickness range, but heavier EPS (expanded polystyrene) – less common for high‑performance roofs, more for low‑cost or cold‑storage applications
Common Applications:* Industrial warehouses, factories, logistics centers * Commercial buildings, supermarkets, cold storage * Agricultural buildings, sports halls, aircraft hangars They’re chosen for fast installation, good insulation, and a clean internal finish without separate ceiling systems.
Pipe Insulation
Smooth-finish wall panels for cleanrooms, offices, and commercial buildings. Easy installation with concealed joints.
- Surface: Smooth, embossed
- Fire rating: Class B
- Acoustic: 35-50 dB
- Cleanroom compatible
